Charles Shannon

As Interim President of Rockwise Strategies, Charles leads the company's day-to-day operations while helping guide its continued growth and long-term vision. After serving as a strategic advisor to founders Doug and Tammy Loeffler, he stepped into the role with a deep appreciation for the company's people, culture, and commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.

Construction has been part of Charles' life from an early age. Growing up in a family closely connected to the industry, he developed a lasting appreciation for the work builders do and the relationships that drive successful projects.

Charles brings more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning investment banking, private equity, venture capital, and executive management. His diverse background provides a strategic perspective that strengthens operations, supports sustainable growth, and positions Rockwise Strategies for continued success.

A proud U.S. Navy veteran, Charles holds a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Finance from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, playing pickleball, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
