Serving as the Cost Consultant, Rockwise provided Snow Kreilich Architects with detailed cost estimates from pre-design through construction documents. In St. Paul's North End neighborhood, rapid growth, underserved demographics, and cultural diversity converge, highlighting the need for expanded community services and gathering spaces. The 25,000-square-foot facility addresses this demand by offering recreation areas, meeting rooms, a community kitchen, a teen center with a recording studio, and administrative offices. A central courtyard seamlessly connects recreational and communal spaces, serving as a welcoming entry point from the park and street. The center also prioritizes sustainability, boasting a geothermal heating and cooling system, on-site stormwater management, and solar panels on the roof.
